When our sump-pump failed late on a Friday afternoon we were in urgent need of assistance. It was a warm early spring evening and melt water was pouring into our basement. Huntley responded to our call immediately. Less than one hour after speaking to Mat on the phone, the new pump was installed and working. He was courteous, prompt and professional. In a time of lockdowns, I had been waiting months to get my washing machine installed. They were referred to me by a friend and within a week of contacting them they were here with an estimate and within two weeks the work was completed. They did an amazing job.
